Our Blend
Mind Full Matcha is a daily superlatte: shade-grown Japanese ceremonial matcha, lion's mane (a functional mushroom), and a coconut cream blend for a naturally creamy, dairy-free cup. One pouch is 300g - about 30 servings, roughly a month of mornings, at one tablespoon (around 10g) per cup.
Ceremonial-grade matcha
Our matcha is ceremonial grade: young, shade-grown Japanese tea leaves, stone-milled into a fine, vibrant green powder. Shading the plants before harvest raises chlorophyll and L-theanine, which is what gives ceremonial matcha its smooth, naturally sweet taste - no bitterness, and no need to bury it under sugar.
Smooth, crash-free energy
Matcha contains natural caffeine, but it comes alongside L-theanine, an amino acid associated with a calm, steady kind of alertness. Together they give matcha its signature lift: focused energy that arrives gently and fades without the spike-and-crash of coffee. Matcha is also naturally rich in antioxidants known as catechins.
Lion's mane
Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a functional mushroom with a long history in East Asian cooking and tradition. We blend it into the matcha so a calm, clear-headed daily ritual is as simple as making a latte.
Coconut cream blend
A touch of coconut gives every cup a creamy, rounded finish with no dairy needed - just add hot or cold water, or the milk of your choice.
Matcha vs coffee for focus
The short answer: matcha tends to deliver a calmer, longer focus than coffee. A cup of coffee delivers caffeine fast and alone, which can mean jitters and an afternoon crash. In matcha, caffeine is buffered by L-theanine, so the energy is smoother and more sustained - a steadier kind of focus for work, study or a slow morning.
How to use
Whisk or shake one tablespoon (about 10g) with a little hot water, then top with hot or cold milk. That's it. Find step-by-step methods in our recipes.
