Matcha Smoothie Bowl
Share
A vibrant green breakfast bowl: thick, spoonable and full of fruit, with a tablespoon of Mind Full Matcha blended through.
Frozen fruit is the key to a bowl you can eat with a spoon rather than drink.
Prep: 10 min · Makes: 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (about 10g) Mind Full Matcha
- 1 frozen banana
- 100g frozen mango or pineapple
- 80ml milk of choice (add more to loosen)
- Toppings: granola, coconut flakes, fresh berries, seeds
Each drink uses one 10g serving of Mind Full Matcha: 40mg of caffeine, and 50kcal with 0.8g of sugars before milk and sweetener. The blend contains oats.
Method
- Blend. Add the Mind Full Matcha, frozen banana, frozen mango and milk to a blender.
- Thicken. Blend on high until thick and smooth, adding a splash more milk only if needed. You want it spoonable, not pourable.
- Bowl. Spoon into a bowl and smooth the top.
- Top. Arrange your toppings and serve straight away.

Tips for the best result
- Use frozen fruit for a thick texture.
- Add milk a splash at a time.
- Stop the blender and scrape down the sides if it stalls.
Variations
- Greens: add a handful of spinach.
- Protein: add Greek yoghurt.
- Drinkable: add more milk for a smoothie.
